Synergy Tower is a multifunctional business complex situated in Sofia Tech Park in proximity of “Tsarigradsko shouse”- a well-established business district in Sofia.

The project unifies two independent buildings with 8 and 16 floors. Floor plates from 1 350 sq.m to 2 750 sq.m and two underground parking levels with 420 parking spaces.

Synergy Tower will be LEED Certified. With innovative façade and fully integrated technical systems the building guarantee low energy costs and an outstanding sense of light and comfort.

With Its dynamic shape designed according to the latest tendencies of a new generation “green” buildings to leave a minimal footprint on the surrounding nature. Equipped with photovoltaic system on its roof, the building can produce up to 20% of renewable energy.
